About the role

  • Deliver outstanding 1st line customer support providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
  • Guide customers through product usage and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Act as first point of contact and foster customer loyalty and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Handle multi-channel inquiries, prioritise workload, and document using Jira and other tools.
  • Update self-help knowledge base articles and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Report to the Team Lead; work with colleagues across Netherlands, Denmark, and Norway.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service or help desk role.
  • Professional-level fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting public sector customers.
  • Preferred: Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Preferred: Work experience within a SaaS environment.
