• Design scalable commission plan architectures and incorporate data from Salesforce that support our sales commissions compensation plans in SPIFF.

• Act as the campaign expert for enterprise marketing campaigns and events run by the Americas enterprise field marketing team, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
