Customer Success Manager – French & Spanish Speaking
MeltwaterCustomer Success Manager working to enhance client engagement and adoption of Meltwater's solutions. Collaborating with Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and facilitate strategic guidance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Renewal Managers and Account Managers
- Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure our clients fully adopt Meltwater solutions
- Equip our clients with tools and resources to turn them into genuine advocates for Meltwater solutions
- Understand each client’s context and goals by collaborating closely with them
- Partner with the Account Management team to uncover upsell opportunities
- Anticipate renewals by proactively engaging with clients
- Take ownership of gross account retention
- Drive customer engagement and product adoption
- Run engaging onboarding and training sessions for new clients
- Gather valuable feedback during executive reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on account management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach to identifying and responding quickly to customer needs and opportunities
- Collaborative team player, able to work closely with diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English, and Spanish
