About the role

  • Develop marketing strategy, budget, and program calendar for ANZ.
  • Act as a credible business partner to sales leadership, translating needs into tailored regional marketing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in B2B and persona-based marketing, understanding buyer processes and personas.
  • Execute integrated marketing programs, including account based marketing, trade shows, events, webinars and content.
  • Initiate, formulate and implement a wide range of promotion and marketing activities for hosted and sponsored events, from speaker invitation to on site event management; Establish and maintain good relationships with chambers of commerce, associations, sales partners, suppliers and customers Collaborate programmatically with broader marketing teams to scale and succeed in the region. Keep sales informed about marketing activities, from global to local. Track performance, ROI, and set up measurement processes. Utilize insights for improved marketing planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Field Marketing, account based marketing, event and marketing experience in a technology company.
  • A solid understanding of the digital media landscape in ANZ.
  • Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach and can show ROI by tracking results from activity against budget.
  • Proven track-record of success in partnering with sales to generate pipeline.
  • An effective team player who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possesses strong skills in prioritization, adaptability, and problem-solving.
  • A self-starter who possesses a growth mindset.
  • A strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between formulating a business strategy, executing the marketing plan, and achieving established metrics.
  • Experience in measuring and analysing data and developing recommendations based on analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation software. Marketo/Salesforce experience a plus.
  • The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
