Lead and manage the Sales Operations and Sales Enablement team to support the US sales organization.
Collaborate with sales and commercial leadership to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and improve sales productivity at national, area, district and territory levels.
Collaborate with internal Medtronic IT functions to build and refine data visualization tools for the field organization and leadership reports.
Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
Ensure the sales team has access to the latest tools and technologies to enhance their performance.
Lead sales operations efforts for all new product launches and pending Medtronic- CathWorks integration.
Lead a cross-functional sales and marketing operations team that coordinates with marketing and other commercial functions to align strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role.
Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
