About the role

  • Lead and manage the Sales Operations and Sales Enablement team to support the US sales organization.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial leadership to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and improve sales productivity at national, area, district and territory levels.
  • Collaborate with internal Medtronic IT functions to build and refine data visualization tools for the field organization and leadership reports.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure the sales team has access to the latest tools and technologies to enhance their performance.
  • Lead sales operations efforts for all new product launches and pending Medtronic- CathWorks integration.
  • Lead a cross-functional sales and marketing operations team that coordinates with marketing and other commercial functions to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
