About the role

  • Promote the Acute Care Monitoring’s capital and consumable portfolio that addresses respiratory surgical complications
  • Drive revenue generating sales to key hospital personnel
  • Accurately forecast business and own customer relationships
  • Target customer product needs and develop sales strategy
  • Maintain ownership of providing sales forecasts to the Regional Business Manager
  • Coordinate and collaborate with field sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales goals
  • Conduct post-sales activities and maintain customer relationships
  • Complete all assigned projects and administrative duties in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience
  • 5 years of sales experience including medical device or medical capital
  • Documented sales success (achievement to quota)
  • Experience selling to the acute care hospital operating room environment
  • Strong computer expertise and business application
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Strong verbal and written communication; exceptional client interaction skills
  • Movement of demo capital equipment
