Promote Acute Care Monitoring capital and consumable portfolio addressing respiratory surgical complications to Operating Room and C-suite
Drive revenue-generating sales to key hospital personnel and end customers in territory (Columbus, Dayton, Southeast Ohio)
Accurately forecast business and provide sole ownership of forecasts to Regional Business Manager each reporting period
Own customer relationships, understand and target customer product needs, develop and execute sales strategies
Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute effective sales strategies to maintain existing business and close competitive growth opportunities
Coordinate and collaborate with regionally aligned field sales team to drive incremental RMS revenue and achieve target sales goals
Develop, negotiate, close, and manage profitable agreements and contracts
Utilize and update sales tools to address trends, create call strategies, and manage territory and strategic business plans
Deliver strategic messaging in trade shows, presentations, and board meetings
Provide product feature/benefit consultation, value messaging, and clinical support
Lead local coordination and support of clinical evaluations and pre-sales support
Conduct post-sales activities including implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing support
Maintain detailed knowledge of related products, applications, programs, and value-added offerings
Utilize Specialist and Clinical resources efficiently to optimize sales process
Inform Regional Business Manager and local area team members of new account opportunities
Complete assigned projects and administrative duties in a timely manner
Meet physical requirements including movement of demo capital equipment and independent mobility for field work
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience
Nice to have: 7 years of sales experience including medical device or medical capital
Documented sales success (achievement to quota) in medical capital equipment and/or consumables
Experience selling to the acute care hospital operating room environment
Able to quickly compile contracts with supporting financial business case
Proven ability to succeed in complex sales and clinical environments
Strong computer expertise and business application
Thorough understanding of the sales process
Understanding of the medical sales arena
Strong verbal and written communication; exceptional client interaction skills
Movement of demo capital equipment
Valid driver\u2019s license (essential)
Must reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
Must maintain Vendor Credentialing requirements and comply with hospital credentialing for patient-facing/field employees
