Deploy to competitively promote and clinically support Interventional therapies (Kyphoplasty, Vertebroplasty, Radiofrequency Bone ablation)
Execute protection and share gain sales opportunities to grow the business in line with AOP expectations
Focus on sales activities including following up and managing sales lead activities
Uncover customer needs; develop and implement plans leveraging implanter priorities, research interests and capacity opportunities
Manage tender activities to ensure Medtronic therapies are included and positioned balancing quality and price
Consistently input all data in the CRM: create/update Account Plan, manage Opportunity pipeline, record customer activities
Be an Account Plan or Opportunity team member in Focus Accounts managed by Account Managers
Be accountable for a high level of forecasting
Attend Medtronic locations for meetings from time to time as required
Requirements
Proven ability to work effectively with sales management and customers, following sales processes
Strong and proven commercial account and customer management skills
Leverages product benefit insights, product specification, marketing strategy and clinical evidence in interactions with customers within a competitive environment
Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
