About the role

  • Own cross-promotion, retention, and reactivation strategy across playsupremacy.com, DTC channels, and partner integrations
  • Design and drive CRM engine to increase ARPU, LTV, and CRM-led revenue
  • Design, implement, and optimize CRM tooling stack for 360° orchestration
  • Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints
  • Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies
  • Onboard new partners and vendors into CRM ecosystem
  • Embed with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics to align CRM with product timelines and monetization levers
  • Drive CRM synergies with Stillfront Group

Requirements

  • At least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment
  • Business savvy and able to shape strategy and execute
  • Hands-on: segmentation, copy review, campaign QA
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and prioritize CRM projects
  • Open and confident communicator able to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Measures impact by retention rate improvements, incremental revenue, cross-promotion share, DTC share, tooling efficiency
