About the role
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system (follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates)
- Distribute incoming leads effectively to the appropriate agents and monitor response times
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO
- Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant
- Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system
- Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies
- Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage on UAE market
- Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes
- Hands-on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management
