About the role

  • Serve as a key representative for FNA in the Middle East region.
  • Build and strengthen strategic and commercial relationships with central banks, financial authorities, government, private sector clients and partners.
  • Plan and oversee client projects from proof-of-value (PoV/pilot) to full implementation.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Collaborate closely with clients' teams and FNA’s subject matter experts to define requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Cultivate a network of channel partners across the Middle East and APAC.
  • Interface directly with FNA’s global leadership and cross-functional teams, providing reporting and insights from the region.
  • Leverage regional expertise and network to build FNA’s regional business with potential to expand responsibilities as business grows.

Requirements

  • Open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis) only
  • An extensive network of contacts at senior levels within the region's financial, technology, or government sectors.
  • Proven success in planning, managing and executing complex, national-level programs or projects to successful completion.
  • A Bachelor's and Master's degree in relevant disciplines.
  • Exceptional ability to work independently and thrive in a globally distributed, fully remote work environment.
  • UAE National
  • Desired Skills: A background in or deep understanding of fields such as Digital Transformation, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or Analytics.
  • 10+ years of experience working within or leading functions connecting academia and research to solve real-world problems.
  • Proven success in promoting and positioning programs or solutions that support national strategic initiatives, such as Emiratisation.
  • Experience managing partner relationships.
