Serve as a key representative for FNA in the Middle East region.
Build and strengthen strategic and commercial relationships with central banks, financial authorities, government, private sector clients and partners.
Plan and oversee client projects from proof-of-value (PoV/pilot) to full implementation.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
Collaborate closely with clients' teams and FNA’s subject matter experts to define requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
Cultivate a network of channel partners across the Middle East and APAC.
Interface directly with FNA’s global leadership and cross-functional teams, providing reporting and insights from the region.
Leverage regional expertise and network to build FNA’s regional business with potential to expand responsibilities as business grows.
Requirements
Open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis) only
An extensive network of contacts at senior levels within the region's financial, technology, or government sectors.
Proven success in planning, managing and executing complex, national-level programs or projects to successful completion.
A Bachelor's and Master's degree in relevant disciplines.
Exceptional ability to work independently and thrive in a globally distributed, fully remote work environment.
UAE National
Desired Skills: A background in or deep understanding of fields such as Digital Transformation, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or Analytics.
10+ years of experience working within or leading functions connecting academia and research to solve real-world problems.
Proven success in promoting and positioning programs or solutions that support national strategic initiatives, such as Emiratisation.
