About the role

  • Manage sales CRM (HubSpot) by entering and maintaining accurate client data, tracking leads, and generating reports
  • Prepare sales presentations and other client-related documents
  • Assign client leads coming from website to appropriate Sales team members and monitor follow-up
  • Monitor progress of leads and Sales Team activity and correct data/dashboard when necessary
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Verify internal checks and collaborate with Compliance, AML, Credit Risks, Product, Finance, Legal, Delivery teams
  • Ensure sales guidelines and standards are followed with all approvals in place
  • Maintain repository with minutes and approvals
  • Ensure contract signing process is realised with legal teams
  • Prepare reports and presentations regarding sales pipeline and provide evidence to internal or external audits
  • Manage post-sales activities: maintain client relationships, support and issue resolution, identify cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within client-related roles, ideally within fintech or SaaS space
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in preparing PowerPoint documents
  • Experience and knowledge of working with CRM system (best with HubSpot)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships with others across different teams and organisations
  • Team player
