About the role
- Collaborate with the Design Consultants and PDE team
- Connection between business stakeholders & sales comp
- React to new business models that need translation to the sales comp
- Part of the TRIO with SIS and PDE on next FY Design
- Feasibility assessment DPA requirements & negotiation for global DPA
- Collaboration with PDE team on comp plans, signoff of comp plans
- Train the Trainer of the Sales Comp (sub-) Leads and BCs on FY design
- Collaborate on Launch preparation for plan decks, plan mappings, plan comments & notes, ACI review
- Special programs/bonus programs related comments
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 6-10 years experience
- Excellent analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of sales commission plans
- Evaluating and developing forecasts and plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery in English and local language
