About the role
- Develop and articulate compelling value propositions for Pulse Ox products and ensure consistent messaging across marketing materials and channels
- Tailor value propositions to different market segments and customer needs and work closely with product marketers on messaging guides and campaign strategies
- Oversee execution of global launch plans and marketing campaigns and monitor/analyze campaign performance to make data-driven adjustments
- Serve as the global subject matter expert for respiratory monitoring, supporting field teams with clinical messaging and objection handling
- Identify and address market barriers (clinical, advocacy, guidelines) and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with medical affairs on education, KOL engagement, evidence generation, and support development of clinical evidence and advocacy programs
- Facilitate training and educational programs for healthcare professionals and build relationships with KOLs and clinicians to gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights
- Lead or support new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and readiness across geographies; partner with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Supply Chain teams
- Develop launch forecasts, ensure product availability, and create integrated communications and promotional plans
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales tools, and training resources; coordinate product evaluations, upgrades, and conversions with sales and clinical teams
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan with regional partners and upstream/product marketing teams and monitor/adjust based on market feedback and performance metrics
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather business insights; track industry trends, competitor pricing, positioning, and product launches
- Facilitate regional communications, forums, and Quarterly Business Reviews; track and report key metrics and support regional teams with tailored marketing assets, training tools, and launch readiness resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred (nice to have)
- 5 years of experience in global marketing, preferably in the medical device industry (nice to have)
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market development
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and regional partners
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems
- Experience in sales roles within the medical device industry (nice to have)
- Clinical experience in hemodynamics, such as working as a nurse or clinical professional (nice to have)
- Ability to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week
- Willingness to travel globally approximately 30% of the time
