About the role
- Design and launch campaigns — emails, nurture tracks, and lifecycle journeys that engage and convert
- Build and refine workflows to deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience
- Manage core systems — forms, segmentation, lead scoring, and routing — for efficiency and accuracy
- Map customer touchpoints to identify gaps and elevate performance across the journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align triggers, messaging, and timing throughout the funnel
- Document processes to ensure visibility, scalability, and team continuity
- Analyze funnel data to pinpoint drop-offs and implement solutions that improve conversion
- Develop reports and dashboards to track performance, surface insights, and drive better results
Requirements
- 3-5 years in marketing automation and campaign performance with a strong track record in email marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA a plus
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (and other automation platforms); hands-on skills in lead scoring, forms, and data integrations
- Skilled in GA4, Excel, and analytics tools for reporting and performance tracking
- Analytical & strategic thinking; ability to use data to uncover insights and improve funnel performance
- Clear written and verbal communication with documented, organized approach to sharing work and working cross-functionally
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for building timely, personal, and engaging workflows
