Drive adoption of new therapies growing sales and market share for assigned territory by training, educating, selling, and in-servicing new Vascular products
Build business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy and other new products and therapies
Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning, administration and expense planning and control
Train medical staff on new products and procedures and become the therapy expert
Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets (QoQ and YoY)
Develops and executes accurate and on-going sales plan to achieve sales objectives and market development plans
Identify, evaluate, and convert target accounts to increase market share and ensure successful adoption of new products
Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies and procedures
Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements
Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption
Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers and cases with physicians
Educate customers to ensure new products and features are understood and used effectively; respond to customer requests and resolve complaints
Engage physicians in clinical conversations about advantages of the therapy and products
Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly to District Sales Manager and internal functions
Participate in product and skills development programs and maintain strong knowledge of reimbursement landscape
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
7+ years B2B or Healthcare Sales experience (minimum)
4+ years experience selling Medical device or medical capital equipment
Required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
Valid driver's license
Travel outside the territory as required
5+ years selling to Interventional cardiology and/or radiology, hospital/Cath Lab setting, Vascular surgery or EO (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to proactively seek and secure new business opportunities
Experience in a highly customer focused, competitive selling environment (medical sales preferred)
Full understanding and experience with the sales process, particularly in a hospital setting
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply it in a live, case setting
Passion for new technologies and bringing innovative solutions to market
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
High learning agility and ability to adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions
Business planning skills and ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects
Presentation skills and ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results
