About the role
- Drive national enterprise sales and bring Crafty’s offerings into corporate offices
- Relationship-based sales approach focusing on middle and bottom of funnel activities
- Uncover business goals, conduct platform demos, build proposals, coordinate client contract processes, and win deals
- Focus on closing new logos, generating revenue, and expansion sales post-launch
- Will not manage ongoing operations of launched client accounts
- Report directly to the SVP Sales and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams
- Build personal brand and maintain organization across assigned accounts
- Meet role goals: complete onboarding, start closing by month 3, deliver $2.7M in contracted revenue within 12 months
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
- 2+ years of experience in early stage, high growth environment
- Physical product/service space experience
- Proven Record of Success selling into very large orgs
- Proven ability to remain organized and progressive across a series of assigned accounts
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in leveraging CRM platforms, Excel, G-Suite, and forecasting tools
