About the role

  • Drive national enterprise sales and bring Crafty’s offerings into corporate offices
  • Relationship-based sales approach focusing on middle and bottom of funnel activities
  • Uncover business goals, conduct platform demos, build proposals, coordinate client contract processes, and win deals
  • Focus on closing new logos, generating revenue, and expansion sales post-launch
  • Will not manage ongoing operations of launched client accounts
  • Report directly to the SVP Sales and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams
  • Build personal brand and maintain organization across assigned accounts
  • Meet role goals: complete onboarding, start closing by month 3, deliver $2.7M in contracted revenue within 12 months

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
  • 2+ years of experience in early stage, high growth environment
  • Physical product/service space experience
  • Proven Record of Success selling into very large orgs
  • Proven ability to remain organized and progressive across a series of assigned accounts
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled in leveraging CRM platforms, Excel, G-Suite, and forecasting tools
  • Customer-Centric Solution Seller: Delivers tailored solutions by overcoming challenges and creating value-driven outcomes
  • Detail-Oriented: Effectively manages multiple complex deals simultaneously
