About the role

  • Promote and sell Medtronic’s cardiac ablation portfolio to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored product support, education, and clinical training
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Manage inventory levels and forecasting to ensure product availability and optimal supply
  • Implement territory-specific strategies to drive business growth
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders, including Research and Development and Marketing
  • Provide expert product guidance, support clinical procedures, and build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience in the medical device industry
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally abroad
