Business Development Rep

• We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Director to join our growing team. Based on the west coast this high-impact role will focus on expanding our market presence across the biotech, pharma, and contract research organization (CRO) sectors.
• As a proven sales professional, you will develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, build long-lasting relationships, and champion Perceptive Discovery’s solutions in a highly competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to drive revenue in the biotech, pharma, and CRO segments
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their discovery and development needs and positioning Perceptive Discovery’s solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure client success
• Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue pipelines, reporting regularly to senior leadership
