PAN -MDT Business Opportunity Enabler – from mapping to action plans
Ensure timely execution of yearly marketing plans by the SME DS Marketing Teams
Collaborate with subregional commercial teams, enablers and finance on the AOP / Strat Plan / RF submission
Track the marketing budget and own Visio management
Establish upstream & downstream strategic partnerships and secure SME related IBP inputs
Be responsible for NPL & SGM targets
Orchestrate collaboration between Portfolio Marketing & commercial teams for monthly portfolio segmentation and updates of SME Bridge Tools (Compass, Launcher, MS Tracker…)
Lead marketing activities addressing territory needs in scope
Ensure regular communication between SME DS & OU Commercial Leads
Develop and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) & Customers
Drive pan-stakeholder collaborations
Guide product launches and strengthen brand positioning through cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s a plus)
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
At least 5 years in the MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences sector
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Innovative mindset with ability to work in fast paced environments
Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory environments is preferred
For patient-facing roles, compliance with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements (per employer policy)
