Oversee PAN-MDT marketing initiatives and act as PAN-MDT Business Opportunity Enabler from mapping to action plans
Ensure timely execution of yearly marketing plans by the SME DS Marketing Teams
Collaborate with subregional commercial teams, enablers and finance on AOP / Strat Plan / RF submission
Track the marketing budget and own Visio management
Establish upstream & downstream strategic partnerships and secure SME related IBP inputs
Be responsible for NPL & SGM targets
Orchestrate collaboration between Portfolio Marketing & commercial teams to ensure monthly portfolio segmentation and updates of SME Bridge Tools (Compass, Launcher, MS Tracker…)
Lead marketing activities addressing territory needs and ensure regular communication between SME DS & OU Commercial Leads
Develop and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) & Customers
Drive pan-stakeholder collaborations and guide product launches to strengthen brand positioning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s a plus)
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
At least 5 years in the MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences sector
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Innovative mindset with ability to work in fast paced environments
Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory environments is preferred
For sales reps and other patient-facing field employees: comply with hospital credentialing requirements
