About the role
- Key contact for GPMS operations and governance across BeOne publications
- Lead the maintenance of the GPMS; facilitate all internal efforts for vendor enhancements, customization, and maintenance of the publication database
- Lead the development of new GPMS training materials as per updates to organization, SOP, and database, and all necessary updates to existing documents
- Provide GPMS onboarding and training for internal team members, cross-functional partners, and vendor partners to ensure compliance with BeOne policies
- Conduct internal publication audits to ensure publications are being developed in an ethical and SOP-compliant manner
- Ensure publications/communications are archived appropriately to document compliance with SOPs and Good Publication Practices
- Perform regular metric reports for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support development of regular communications for distribution to cross-functional teams
Requirements
- BA/BS in life sciences or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant publications experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working globally, cross-functionally, and cross culturally
- Prior experience with publication operations at the enterprise level
- Prior experience with managing development of software training materials
- Familiarity with hosting training sessions for publication management software
- Familiarity with project management practices for publication deliverables, especially in oncology (hematology or solid tumor) and/or HEOR
- Computer Skills Expert user of publication management and tracking tools. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams.
- Travel Work - related travel approximately 5%
