Execute marketing campaigns and product launches supporting growth of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business in the Nordics
Work closely with regional marketing manager (Nordics & Benelux), Nordic Sales Managers and the Nordic sales and technical consultant team
Lead cross-functional planning & execution of campaigns/launches (planning, forecasting, marketing-mix, sales readiness, customer meetings)
Localize/evolve value propositions and materials (incl. clinical evidence) for multiple stakeholders and markets
Enable country teams: adapt/develop local tactics, execute in-field, and run events (summits, congresses, round tables)
Generate market & customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio and pricing strategy
Drive priority Nordic initiatives/projects and facilitate KOL engagements to amplify campaign messaging
Set/track KPIs and contribute to the Marketing Plan and annual operating plan for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or similar
Working experience from a marketing function of an international company with a track record of successful product launches and campaign execution as well as project management; with the ability to plan, organize and execute a project independently and on time
Process driven with strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills
Team player who can work collaboratively and cross-functionally to generate impact and results through others
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language
Proficiency in Excel, CRM Systems, SalesForce.com
Living in the Nordics and willing to travel >50% of the time
Experience from the medical device industry and direct experience from Cardiovascular or Cardiac Rhythm Management business would be an added advantage
Experience with digital marketing and direct customer engagement
