Support the development and execution of customer account strategies aligned with business metrics (client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, profitability)
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and aligning solutions
Develop account blueprints including contract terms, services, products, and buying groups
Project management and cross-departmental problem solving to drive customer outcomes
Provide ongoing in-service education with clinical staff on products and services (safety, sustainability, efficiency, compliance, education)
Provide product expertise across the full service offering
Assist with waste policy capture, design, review, assessment, and adjustments
Serve as customer advocate and collaborate with operations, sales, logistics, and finance
Conduct routine audits related to contractual KPIs (safety, sustainability, efficiency, compliance, education)
Support new product installations and program implementations at customer sites
Facilitate strategic customer meetings and quarterly business reviews, including audits, data assessment, and stakeholder feedback collation
Requirements
5+ years of industry experience
Strong relationship building skills
Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence
Outstanding computer-based skills (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.)
