- Develop and implement annual sales plans for assigned markets/accounts, including forecasting and objective setting
- Prioritize accounts and territory focus using data-informed insights and manage pipeline and sales progress
- Build and maintain strategic account plans, identify client challenges, and drive account expansion and renewals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create customized solutions and advocate for clients
- Educate clients on Syneos Health’s clinical and commercial service capabilities and represent the company externally
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management (senior-level)
- Ability to develop and implement annual sales plans, forecasting, and territory management
- Strong client relationship, stakeholder engagement, and strategic account planning skills
- Experience designing and executing tailored multi-touchpoint sales strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, therapeutic strategy, deal strategy, delivery)
- Willingness to represent company at client meetings and industry events
- Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will be considered
