About the role
- Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities in the division
- Staff and direct a sales team
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
- Develop and implement marketing plans as needed
- Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Create and conduct proposal presentations
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Account Representatives
- Develop and mentor staff through onboarding and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience managing people in a sales management role
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
