Full-time, hybrid position based in Sunrise, FL overseeing HubSpot marketing automation and workflows.
Build, execute, and refine multi-touch campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages) aligned to strategic priorities.
Lead ongoing execution and optimization of geohash journeys routing leads and members to events based on location and seminar availability.
Manage HubSpot data infrastructure including forms, properties, imports, deduplication, and integrations ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using custom dashboards, reports, and A/B testing.
Recommend and implement automation best practices to enhance segmentation, targeting, engagement, and conversion.
Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Digital Marketing, and Seminar Operations to align workflows with operational goals and CRM integration.
Safeguard compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR regulations across automation initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, including workflows, segmentation, reporting, and integrations.
Proven ability to translate data into insights and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Strong background managing lead lifecycle programs, lead scoring, and journey-based automations.
Experience with geotargeted or capacity-based routing (geohashing) strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of marketing compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
