About the role

  • Full-time, hybrid position based in Sunrise, FL overseeing HubSpot marketing automation and workflows.
  • Build, execute, and refine multi-touch campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages) aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Lead ongoing execution and optimization of geohash journeys routing leads and members to events based on location and seminar availability.
  • Manage HubSpot data infrastructure including forms, properties, imports, deduplication, and integrations ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using custom dashboards, reports, and A/B testing.
  • Recommend and implement automation best practices to enhance segmentation, targeting, engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Digital Marketing, and Seminar Operations to align workflows with operational goals and CRM integration.
  • Safeguard compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR regulations across automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, including workflows, segmentation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Strong background managing lead lifecycle programs, lead scoring, and journey-based automations.
  • Experience with geotargeted or capacity-based routing (geohashing) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience supporting seminar- or field-based marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification.
