• Execute a multi-channel marketing outreach strategy to generate qualified ABA referrals leveraging MeBe’s systems, tools and assets.
• Manage the referral campaign calendar, ensuring each site launches 3 campaigns per month: email campaign, postcard drop and drop-off campaign.
• Manage and assign a catalog of branded assets, and project manage the creation of new assets aligned with MeBe’s brand guidelines.
• Order resources to fulfill campaigns and manage spending responsibly.
• Track and adjust campaign workflows across regions to optimize reach and effectiveness.

• Ensure high-quality data in Monday.com CRM by conducting audits of monthly email and postcard campaigns.
• Complete PostGrid direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate monthly postcard drops and clean data updates.
• Maintain and improve systems infrastructure for effective outreach, tracking, and reporting across the referral lifecycle.
• Provide monthly progress updates to the Senior Leadership Team, reporting on specific KPIs.
• Manage BDSs activity to qualify referral contact information and achieve weekly outreach goals to key personas: pediatricians, psychologists, daycares, and schools.
• Collaborate with Site Directors and internal stakeholders to align local outreach with care availability and service lines.
• Organize and project manage in-person events, including drop offs, lunch and learns, and networking events for referrers, parents and MeBe families.
• Build lists of targeted Facebook and LinkedIn groups and post weekly on MeBe's Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to grow brand visibility.
• Ensure BDSs meet their weekly LinkedIn and Facebook posting quota and manage brand awareness activity on Reddit.
• Implement Yelp and Google review growth strategies, monitor and engage with reviews and online feedback.
• Establish clear KPIs for campaigns and the team; regularly report on performance and adjust outreach strategies based on data.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor the Business Development Specialist (BDS) team; deliver ongoing training, support, and performance feedback.

Therapist

• MeBe is a family owned provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs.
• Independently evaluate the functional ability of patients through the administration, interpretation of standardized tests, clinical observation, and patient/family interview
• Create individualized treatment and educational plans and provide patient/family counseling and training
• Consult closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies
• Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate
• Maintain patient records, documentation, and appropriate billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure excellent standard of care
• Develops and implements innovative and specific treatment plans to maximize the patient's functional potential or return to previous level of functioning, based on clinical findings. Facilitate functional and stimulating experiences to target and achieve individualized goals

• The Recruiting Ops Coordinator will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top ABA, SLP and OT talent, while facilitating the MeBe recruiting team operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Partner with Recruiters to open and close reqs.
• Generate regular reports and metrics to track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
• Partner with Chief People Officer for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff to recruiters.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques including online sourcing, social media outreach, networking, and industry events to identify and attract passive and active talent within the fields of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Behavior Analysis.

• Create impactful nurture programs and partnerships to improve conversion rates from prospects to hires.

• Key Performance Indicators include Top of Funnel Activity, Email List Health, Compliance with Email Regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), Frequency and Volume of Outreach, Content Quality.
