Onboarding Specialist

• Manage full-cycle onboarding, including background checks, I-9 verification, and document collection
• Monitor and track candidate training completion
• Improve the onboarding experience and streamline processes
• Manage offboarding procedures, distribute paperwork, collect and distribute offboarding feedback

ABA Services Onboarding Coordinator

Medical Director

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinical and administrative staff and overall center operations.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and client progress through regular quality assurance checks, clinical observations, and collaboration with BCBAs on complex cases.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.
• Offer ongoing clinical mentorship through monthly individual and group meetings with ABA Supervisors.

Clinical Director, BCBA

Lead Generation

• Execute a multi-channel marketing outreach strategy to generate qualified ABA referrals leveraging MeBe’s systems, tools and assets.
• Manage the referral campaign calendar, ensuring each site launches 3 campaigns per month: email campaign, postcard drop and drop-off campaign.
• Manage and assign a catalog of branded assets, and project manage the creation of new assets aligned with MeBe’s brand guidelines.
• Order resources to fulfill campaigns and manage spending responsibly.
• Track and adjust campaign workflows across regions to optimize reach and effectiveness.
• Develop and roll out a MeBe Evangelist Program to promote local brand advocacy through strategic in-person engagements.
• Administer and optimize Monday.com CRM workflows, ensuring accurate documentation of outreach, follow-ups, and lead status to generate reports and dashboards.

• The Recruiting Ops Coordinator will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top ABA, SLP and OT talent, while facilitating the MeBe recruiting team operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Partner with Recruiters to open and close reqs.
• Generate regular reports and metrics to track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
• Partner with Chief People Officer for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff to recruiters.
