💰 $70,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as the primary operational leader for the Learning Center, ensuring smooth non-clinical operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Revenue Cycle, Contracts/Credentialing, Scheduling, Business Development, Recruiting, People Operations) to address regional needs
- Implement and enforce company policies and compliance standards
- Lead client, payer, and staff outreach to build relationships, ensure satisfaction, and generate referrals
- Oversee client onboarding and discharge processes and maintain high client satisfaction
- Manage BTs, BCBAs, and site staff to ensure productivity, engagement, and compliance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention efforts and provide non-clinical coaching and feedback
- Manage inbound leads/referrals, track lead conversion, and partner on growth strategies
- Build, analyze, and maintain operational and financial reports; manage budgets and forecasts
- Oversee scheduling to optimize billable utilization; manage facilities, supplies, safety checks, and events
Requirements
- Proven operational management experience in healthcare, education, or ABA therapy settings preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
- Business Development and Client Engagement experience
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Central Reach, Deputy, Monday.com, Paylocity, or similar platforms
- Experience managing BTs, BCBAs, and other site staff to ensure productivity, engagement, and compliance
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, retention, and non-clinical coaching
- Experience building, analyzing, and maintaining operational and financial reports
- Experience managing schedules to optimize billable utilization and reduce cancellations
