About the role
- The position will be responsible for the operational aspects of real world research studies.\n
- The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of RWR studies through all phases of study conduct including start-up, execution, and closure activities.\n
- This role requires collaboration across multiple functions within Ontada, including Biostatistics, Clinical Data Services, and others as required by the study.\n
- This person must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.\n
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n
- Strong organizational and time management skills\n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n
- Experience working on large scale clinical trial projects\n
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities\n
- Ability to take initiative and self-motivation\n
- Proven leadership skills\n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Visio, and O365
