• As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients – from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
• Your varied roles: Implementer/Producer: You take creative event concepts and lead their execution, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
• Consultative partner: You build and develop client relationships within your projects, advise and steer them as needed, and lead project meetings.
• Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
• Commercial operator: You prepare costings for new proposals, monitor your budgets and finalise project accounting – including reporting and documentation.
• Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
