About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take overall responsibility for complex live communication projects — from initial needs assessment to successful delivery.
Provide consultative, peer-level guidance; offer orientation and develop sustainable solutions together with the client.
Lead pitches and proposal processes — both in terms of content and operations.
Structure tasks and develop compelling approaches together with the team.
Manage interdisciplinary teams across consulting, creative, production, and project management.
Own responsibility for quality, timelines, resources, and the commercial success of projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience leading demanding projects at an agency for live communication, events, or brand experience.
Understanding of strategic contexts, creative processes, and operational implementation.
Ability to operate effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Confident presentation and moderation skills — in German and ideally also in English.
