About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Junior Designer (m/f/d) at the MCI AI Studio, you will contribute to the visual development of projects with a focus on creative AI workflows.
Together with your team, you will explore new ways to combine storytelling, design and technology.
You will work with tools such as Midjourney, Veo and other AI systems to develop visuals, style frames, motion modules and world-building assets.
You will oversee visual concepts from the first moodboard through to the final deliverable and actively contribute your own ideas.
You will help develop new workflows with the team, document learnings and support the establishment of standards for AI-assisted production.
You will be part of the MCI AI Studio from the start and help shape how Creative AI is used and evolves at MCI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training or degree in communication design, media design, graphic design or a comparable field.
First experience in the design field or a strong interest in building expertise in Creative AI.
Passion for AI tools and the willingness to grow in a fast-changing environment.
Confident use of common design tools.
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
Curiosity, a hunger for learning and openness to new technologies and ways of working.
Strong team skills, clear communication and enjoyment in giving and receiving feedback.
Willingness to travel.
