About the role

  • Support CEO with calendar management, travel coordination, internal event planning, and culture-building
  • Provide secondary calendar and travel support to additional senior executives
  • Coordinate materials for internal and client meetings, including agendas, decks, and summaries
  • Coordinate leadership events including client-facing events, dinners, and board-related meetings
  • Build systems to streamline executive workflows and eliminate administrative bottlenecks
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations ensuring it’s well-stocked, organized, and running smoothly

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-functioning operations/office management role
  • Experience in finance and fast-paced startup environments
  • Have worked in a startup or high-growth tech company supporting leadership
  • Have supported (or worked closely with) customer-facing or revenue teams
  • Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to create repeatable systems
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable anticipating needs
  • Strong business acumen
  • High standards, low ego, and a “no job too small” mindset
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (application asks about U.S. work authorization and visa sponsorship)
