💰 $100,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Report to and work closely with Sealed’s founder and president
- Identify potential program opportunities via desk research, conversations with program implementers, and industry networking
- Qualify program opportunities based on program rules, budgets, and internal product/revenue alignment
- Qualify market opportunities by talking to contractors, distributors, OEMs, and potential channel partners
- Prepare for program launches via internal coordination with product and revenue teams and external coordination with implementers and partners
- Manage program launches through initial project enrollments in partnership with the revenue team
- Handoff and provide ongoing support for program scaling to the revenue team
- Drive business development conversations with utilities and program partners through presentations, spreadsheet modeling, networking, and meetings
- Manage pilot development activities with utilities to support scaling measured savings programs
- Prepare draft internal and board-facing program updates
Requirements
- Strong desire to work in climate tech
- 3+ years of work experience, with a combination of business development, project management, and research / analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally, both within an organization and with external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; resourceful, tenacious, and willing to roll up sleeves
- (Nice to have) Experience working with contractors, distributors, and/or OEMs
- (Nice to have) Advanced Excel experience
- (Nice to have) Experience using software tools to analyze and visualize data
- (Nice to have) Experience in the clean energy industry and/or utility industry
- (Nice to have) Experience working for or with startups and/or tech companies
