• The Territory Sales Manager – Combo will be responsible for in account field level execution with excellence and provide channel expertise.

Territory Sales Manager – Combo

• Develops local commercial solutions to improve brand execution and image in market – includes: proper distribution of MJUS brands by type and size, merchandising programs, shelf management positions, drink features and promotions.
• Ensures excellent retail execution is being achieved in key accounts.
• Builds Jägermeister and Teremana business in their market according to channel and brand standards with best in class execution.
• Contributes to new ideas and solutions for distributors and retailers in the territory.
• Understands pricing, profit and brand economics at account level.
• Strategically grows sales volume in key designated market area (DMA).
• Identifies key accounts/opinion leaders/influencers within the channel and occasion strategies.
• Conducts staff trainings and tastings in accounts.
• Capitalizes on local trends within designated market to inspire future programming.
• Executes Jagermeister brand standards centered around a perfect ice cold shot in accounts.
• Executes the defined drink strategies while understanding the ability to flex to account needs to build menus and features.
• Utilizes tools (iDig, Karma, etc.) to analyze ROI and understand the business (e.g., effectiveness of major events, consumer development activities, key account resource allotments, POS effectiveness, etc.).
• Tracks and monitors Point-Of-Sale.
• Sets the example and motivates local distributor network to execute commercial brand and channel priorities.
• Owns relationships with local Distributors at the account level.
• “Be the voice of the brand” promotes and educates history and production of MJUS Brand Portfolio to consumers, accounts, and distributors.

Social Media Manager

• Support marketing execution across digital channels
• Reporting to the Director of Digital
• Help evolve strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, personalization, and conversion
• Execute digital programs across Organic Social, Influencer, and eCRM
• Write and manage briefs, asset delivery, approvals
• Review and approve content, build content calendars
• Handle community management and engagement with users on social media platforms
• Manage sweepstakes, influencer kit coordination, rules coordination
• Track KPIs and ensure optimizations
• Support eCommerce acquisition and conversion

Associate Social Media, Digital Manager

• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and market share.
• Partner closely with the Commercial Leadership Team providing insight and alignment across brand and commercial priorities.
• Manage a team of three, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team’s success in achieving marketing objectives.
• Develop and lead commercial marketing strategies aligned to overall business objectives and brand strategy.
• Drive strategic planning and execution timelines across the commercial marketing team to ensure timely delivery of programs and tools.
• Oversee marketing support for national account on- and off-premise teams, including innovation launches and applicable programs.
• Monitor and analyze brand and program performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Innovation, and Finance to ensure initiatives are fully integrated.

Director of Integrated Marketing

Manager

• This position is responsible for managing our business within a group of National Account customers (Walgreens, Circle K, 7-Eleven, Casey’s, etc.)
• Develops overall strategic initiatives and builds custom business plans for the off premise national account sales channel in conjunction with the overall company off premise strategy
• Work closely with MJUS field teams and distributor off premise National Account Managers
• Foster key partnerships in off premise National Accounts that drive Mast-Jägermeister KPI’s
• Manage business results (volume, distribution, share, profit) for assigned chain accounts(s)
• Develop account sales plan and facilitate its implementation
• Ensure products and programs are sold and executed in chain retailers
• Build value-enhancing relationships with retailers through category management application, responsive problem solving and proactive relationship management
• Lead development and activation of commercial marketing programming across assigned customer base for Jägermeister and Teremana
• Drive sales, profit and brand equity growth through impactful, technologically advantaged programs grounded in shopper and commercial insights
• Deliver custom plans that drive long term brand building opportunities for Jägermeister and Teremana
• Utilize company resources of consumer and shopper insights, sales data, POS, music, events, and more
• Work within the framework of overall company strategy and account segmentation for the off premise
• Collaborate across teams consisting of marketing and field sales
• Pursue innovative and entrepreneurial solutions that lead to brand growth
• Accelerate sales growth and planning for designated national chain operators driving KPI’s
• Track spending programs and utilize analysis tools to measure ROI and overall program evaluation
• Represent MJUS at customer events, conferences, and industry events related to off premise national accounts
• Identify, develop, and implement fact-based sales, POS, and category management tools for the off-premise trade
• Identify business and brand development opportunities with customer base through special events that drive growth
• US domestic travel (approximately 50%) is required across customer base
