Outside Sales

• Responsible for in account field level execution with excellence and provide channel expertise for MJUS brand portfolio
• Manage resources (POS & local budget), support consumer events and drive brand visibility for the off-premise

Territory Sales Manager – Off-Premise

Manager

• Oversee the consumer insights and market research function for MJUS to grow the brand and inform decisions related to brand strategy, innovation, and commercial execution.
• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and drive business decisions through insights.
• Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Design and execute consumer surveys end-to-end and moderate focus groups and in-depth interviews.
• Analyze data from surveys, social media, and sales reports to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities and leverage data analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Track brand mentions and sentiment across channels; manage brand health, brand lift, and equity trackers and synthesize into cohesive narratives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns based on consumer insights and own end-to-end creation of insights presentations, including Board level materials.
• Ensure data collection and analysis adhere to legal and ethical standards and manage the budget allocated for research and insights activities.

Consumer Insights Manager

Territory Sales Manager, On-Premise

Marketing

• Plan, execute & oversee local marketing activities for the MJUS brand portfolio in the North East region and support South East investment markets.
• Execute central programs and plan & implement local marketing campaigns including sampling, events, sponsorship activation, innovation, shopper programs and POS allocations.
• Manage communication between HQ marketing teams, agencies, local sales teams & distributors.
• Conduct sales, brand and promotional-activity training to account staff & management.
• Hire and train local sampling agency staff and promotional specialists; oversee logistics, scheduling, timesheets, training, expense reports and reporting.
• Generate reports on regional marketing & sales performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI and KPIs; provide data-driven recommendations and post-activity recaps.
• Work closely with local sales, field, and channel teams; provide marketing support and identify accounts for sampling; act as key point of contact for sales & sampling agency.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, track expenses, analyze ROI, and report on budget utilization.

Field Marketing Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

As the Director of Commercial Finance, you will leverage business data and analytics to provide commercial and financial insights to drive business performance.
You can connect the dots between the overall company strategy, commercial team needs and financial insights to create meaningful and actionable analysis and tools to grow overall profitability of the company.
You work closely with the Commercial sales leadership to forecast and analyze volume plans and own the management of the margin driving pieces of the P&L including gross sales, discounts, and cost of product.
You report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and manage a team of four people.
Work hand in hand with the Commercial team in the forecasting of the annual sales volume plans for both shipments and depletions and develop a P&L forecast including Gross Sales, Excise Tax, Discounts and Cost of Product with grounding in the sales volume plan
Analyze the monthly topline performance to understand variances from forecasted plan and provide commentary to various stakeholders
Use commercial data and analysis to provide the business with insights to drive performance including VPM, pricing elasticity, promotional spend effectiveness and category management.
Enhance our current processes around the management of state level performance measures including an eventual development/implementation of state level P&Ls
Oversight of the Commercial and Marketing departments spend ensuring alignment with overall strategy and budget considerations
Continue to partner with HQ and other subsidiaries on the development and rollout of a new reporting tools
Assist in the review of company pricing strategy, and oversight of the implementation and execution of the plan
Driving ROI mindset and repurposing resources for bigger commercial impact
Develop financial management of new/growing segments of the business such as e-commerce
Responsibilty over the Annual Budget process and reforecasting submissions including all margin driving aspects of the P&L and Marketing spend.
Develop reporting to support the overall company strategy and provide the commercial and marketing teams with tools to execute upon this strategy
