• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of MaryRuth’s Influencer and Brand Ambassador programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of coordinators/associates, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and partnerships.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers, delivering white-glove communication and service.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new influencer partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Develop monthly and quarterly social marketing strategies informed by performance data, aligning influencer activities with product launches, seasonal campaigns, Prime Day, BFCM, and other marketing initiatives.
• Oversee contract negotiations, influencer agreements, and invoice processing to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely payments.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs (ROI, profitability, engagement, conversions), and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Paid Media, PR, and Creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand voice and drives measurable results.
• Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to continuously innovate the influencer strategy.

Influencer Marketing Manager

Project Manager

• Establish efficient project workflows and monitoring for the International team, including onboarding new distributors and partners and regulatory processes from inception to completion.
• Identify and prepare for pricing and terms agreements, logistical needs, regulation requirements, and order processes with both new and established distribution channels and partners.
• Facilitate and proactively maintain relationships between MaryRuth’s and international distributors, including leading communications with cross-cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Product Development on projects, processes, and requirements.
• Identify areas of opportunity and suggest solutions or process improvements for the team.
• Support International Sales Director in providing guidance and information to International team members.
• Travel approximately 10% of the time, including international travel.

International Project Manager

• Identify areas of opportunity and suggest solutions or process improvements for the team.
• Support International Sales Director in providing guidance and information to International team members.
• Travel approximately 10%, including international travel, with advance notice provided to the employee.

Customer Support

• Answer customer questions and attend to customer concerns via chat, text, & phone
• Process refunds, replacements, and orders
• Make product recommendations and help customers track orders
• Take payment information and verify customer account details
• Maintain customer confidence and protect sensitive information
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls or open tickets
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure resolution
• Refer complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
• Explain support processes within the organization and take on new skills as needed

Wellness Guide I, Customer Care Representative

Designer

• Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team, ensuring brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
• Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
• Support development and refinement of MaryRuth’s packaging assets to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements and brand/product needs.
• Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
• Maintain MaryRuth’s brand guidelines and ensure creative outputs adhere to established standards.
• Continuously refine design templates and asset libraries for improved efficiency.
• Ensure Creative team access to renders within DB and Bynder and support communication about new products.
• Research trends, materials, and competitor packaging for inspiration.
• Occasional travel (<5%) as needed.

Junior Packaging Designer

• Support the development of product packaging by assisting the Packaging Designer and the Creative team in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.
• Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team, ensuring that all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
• Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
• Support the development and refinement of MaryRuth’s packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with MaryRuth’s Product Development and Compliance teams to support in creating new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
• Maintain MaryRuth’s brand guidelines and ensure that all creative outputs adhere to established standards.
• Continuously refine design templates and asset libraries for improved efficiency.
• Ensure that Creative has appropriate access to renders within DB and Bynder.
• Support the flow of communication to keep the team informed around new products coming down the pipeline.
• Research trends, materials, and competitor packaging for inspiration.
• Some travel (< 5%) may be required.

Supply Chain

• Support and ultimately own the SIOP planning process using Excel and Atlas (John Galt) to determine supply needs.
• Use forecast data and inventory targets to recommend and place purchase orders; proactively identify potential out-of-stock risks using Tableau and SIOP tools.
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for contract manufacturers; lead regular calls to review open POs and production statuses and resolve issues.
• Manage supplier relationships and production timelines to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Issue POs based on planning output, track through completion, and communicate updates across teams; update and maintain PO data and visibility in NetSuite, Excel, the SKU Master, and internal planning tools.
• Monitor Retail and E-commerce inventory levels and maintain OOS trackers; analyze inventory trends and recommend replenishment actions or adjustments.
• Optimize orders based on MOQs, price breaks, and supply chain constraints.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align plans and communicate order updates, risks, and supply delays proactively.
• Support coordination of launches, transitions, and supply exceptions.
• Drive improvements in planning tools and processes; utilize Excel and BI tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Supply Planner

• Support development of product packaging by assisting the Packaging Designer and Creative team.
• Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team ensuring brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
• Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
• Support development and refinement of MaryRuth’s packaging assets to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Work closely with Product Development and Compliance to create new and updated packaging aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
• Maintain MaryRuth’s brand guidelines and refine design templates and asset libraries for efficiency.
• Ensure Creative has appropriate access to renders within DB and Bynder and support communication on new products.
• Research trends, materials, and competitor packaging for inspiration.

Data Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards regarding all areas of the business.
• Report on performance across key KPIs and regularly share business performance ; p lay a key role in measuring performance for M aryRuth’s business strategy.
• Maintain consistent groomed business logic and KPIs across reporting.
• Develop product forecasts supporting MaryRuth’s growing DTC business using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
• Proactively identify and investigate potential areas of opportunity.
• Collaborate with other Analytics members as needed on other data and business strategy projects.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
