About the role
- Support and ultimately own the SIOP planning process using Excel and Atlas (John Galt) to determine supply needs.
- Use forecast data and inventory targets to recommend and place purchase orders; proactively identify potential out-of-stock risks using Tableau and SIOP tools.
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for contract manufacturers; lead regular calls to review open POs and production statuses and resolve issues.
- Manage supplier relationships and production timelines to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Issue POs based on planning output, track through completion, and communicate updates across teams; update and maintain PO data and visibility in NetSuite, Excel, the SKU Master, and internal planning tools.
- Monitor Retail and E-commerce inventory levels and maintain OOS trackers; analyze inventory trends and recommend replenishment actions or adjustments.
- Optimize orders based on MOQs, price breaks, and supply chain constraints.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align plans and communicate order updates, risks, and supply delays proactively.
- Support coordination of launches, transitions, and supply exceptions.
- Drive improvements in planning tools and processes; utilize Excel and BI tools to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or similar supply chain roles.
- Minimum intermediate level of proficiency with NetSuite (or other ERP systems) and Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups) strongly preferred.
- Vendor/supplier management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Atlas by John Galt is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of SIOP/S&OP processes and demand-driven supply planning preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly analytical with experience managing PO flows, inventory, and supplier performance.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Some travel (< 15%) may be required.
- Physical ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
