• Manages day-to-day execution across 4–5 accounts while supporting account leads to ensure programs align with client goals and deliver results.

• Leads 1 internal skill-building session per year, sharing best practices in writing, media outreach, and PR program execution.
• Supports early-stage pitch development by researching potential clients, compiling relevant materials, and preparing messaging frameworks.

• Develops draft plans for major PR campaigns (i.e., company launches, funding, etc.).
• Directs teams toward national and business press opportunities that support client growth strategies, builds executive visibility, and leads by example in the execution of top-tier earned media relations.
• Develops media strategies for the team and consistently secures top-tier coverage, including at least two new opportunities per client each month and one broadcast opportunity per client each quarter.
• Ensures that high-level materials, including bylines and press releases, are brand-compliant, legally sound, and aligned with tone and message.
• Leads client calls by focusing majority of discussion on new media/campaign ideas, asking questions to draw insights, and ensuring team participation.

• Serve as a competent, confident expert advisor to the client, helping them think through their marketing strategies as they relate to business strategies and imperatives
• Work with the client to determine short- and long-term marketing performance objectives and critical milestones
• Lead the development and presentation of comprehensive demand marketing programs and ABM campaigns for clients, providing expertise and guidance on: strategy, planning, inbound/outbound channel selection, tactical recommendations, personalization, technology requirements and considerations, measurement/analysis, etc.
