Client Services Representative

• Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention; manage new client implementation process and coordinate client activities with team members
• Maintain client paper files and electronic data files; compile quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, invoicing, annuity fees, commission fees and collection consulting fees
• Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties: coordinating and scheduling appointments, marketing, accounts payables, receivables, supporting receptionist as needed
• Understand clients’ overall business needs and identify value-added services Mariner Wealth Advisors can provide
• Review activities within job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud and misstatements
• Attend and participate in learning opportunities through client service associate meetings and internal resources
• Perform other duties as assigned
