About the role
- Report to President of the firm and work on 3 - 4 searches at a time
- Recruit for management and executive level positions in construction
- Work closely with team members to identify and recruit qualified candidates
- Interview and select top performers for each assigned search
- Collaborate with staff who assist with candidate lead generation and appointment setting
- Interview candidates and help prepare documents for the search
- Prepare candidate profile packages and weekly status reports for clients for review and approval by a senior recruiter
- Collaborate daily with the team on problem solving, strategy and process improvement to improve efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting or executive search firm
- Exposure to CRM or applicant tracking systems or database
- Background with MS 365 and/or SharePoint
- Experience with business writing and handling details
- Experience recruiting for management and executive level positions in construction
