Client Services Representative

• Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention
• Manage new client implementation process and coordinate client activities with team members
• Maintain client paper files and electronic data files in a timely manner
• Compile quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, invoicing, annuity fees, commission fees and collection consulting fees
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties including coordinating and scheduling appointments, marketing, accounts payables, receivables, and supporting receptionist as needed
• Understand clients’ overall business needs and identify value-added services Mariner Wealth Advisors can provide
• Review activities for controls to prevent errors, fraud and misstatements of financial results
• Attend and participate in learning opportunities through client service associate meetings and internal resources
• Perform other duties as assigned
