Controller

• Support the Controller in leading and developing the Accounting team through coaching, training, and mentorship to promote engagement, retention, and professional growth.
• Oversee and support general accounting functions, including month close, intercompany accounting, account reconciliations, cash management, balance sheet analysis, and financial reporting.
• Manage the financial consolidation process to ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist in managing the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and coordination with external auditors.
• Evaluate, develop, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting, consistency across the organization

Assistant Controller

Communications

• Manage agency partners, own and align annual PR calendar relative to corporate priorities; develop KPIs, coordinate external announcements, and nurture direct relationships with key journalists, outlets, and influencers to build credible earned media presence.
• Develop and manage a strategic external communications plan and timeline—crafting, curating, and coordinating with consideration for broader marketing channels and programming.
• Support Solutions Marketing in maintaining and evolving core messaging relative to company and product updates, market dynamics, and competitive context; proliferate value prop through blog creation, media opportunities, native advertising, webinar programming, etc.
• Support the identification and execution of thought leadership and category ownership opportunities—unique topics, formats, forums (including owned), and spokespeople—and gear internal subject matter experts with talking points, backgrounders, etc.
• Partner with Client Loyalty and GTM Ops to ensure a programmatic approach to customer evidence “packaging”—from client/case identification, internal/deskside research, to contractor management and production of case studies, testimonials, videos, and proof points that support outcomes-led storytelling.
• Partner with senior leaders to support specific corporate relations activities and thought leadership opportunities. As needed, support the CMO and executive leadership with issues/crisis management. Ensure issues readiness through risk analysis and media monitoring.
• Ensure Marathon teammates are prioritized as an audience—collaborate with People Experience on major announcements and partner closely with Enterprise Marketing and Client Loyalty to drive consistent messaging, maximize use of client stories, and streamline workflows.

Senior Manager, Communications

Attorney

• Act as senior in-house legal advisor focused on business transactions and contracting.
• Responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing high-profile and/or complex contracts, and managing a team of contracts attorneys in support of the company’s business and growth goals.
• Oversee the management of the legal team’s contract templates and contracting playbooks.
• Drive cross-functional projects to support new sales strategies, product development and operational improvements; collaborate with all operational areas of the business to anticipate and solve problems proactively.
• Provide day-to-day advice on the management of the company.
• Advise leadership on client disputes and support the resolution of client disputes.
• Partner with compliance team to address evolving legal requirements.
• Proactively participate in the mentoring and professional development of attorneys and professionals on the contracts team.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including approvals, renewals, amendments, and recordkeeping.

Vice President of Legal

IT Support

• Provides advanced technical support for hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking issues, with a strong focus on customer service and efficient problem resolution.
• Serves as an escalation point for complex service requests and incidents that cannot be resolved at the first level.
• Diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues across multiple platforms and environments, including computers, servers, peripherals, and network components.
• Acts as a technical lead for escalated support cases, ensuring timely resolution and root cause.
• Collaborates with Tier 1 technicians to provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Documents solutions and contributes to the knowledge base to improve team efficiency and reduce repeat incidents.
• Coordinates with other Technology teams (e.g., infrastructure, clinical application support, Security) to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Meets or exceeds required Service Level Agreements for issue resolution

Senior Help Desk Technician

• Support Compliance, Privacy, and Governance, Risk & Compliance Committee (GRC) governance activities, including coordinating meetings, preparing and maintaining agendas, drafting and distributing meeting minutes, tracking action items, and maintaining complete and organized records for compliance-related committees.
• Manage and track business licenses, registrations, certifications, and other regulatory obligations, including maintaining compliance calendars, monitoring deadlines, coordinating renewals, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support policy lifecycle management across Compliance, including coordinating updates, reviews, approvals, version control, attestations, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Assist with privacy and compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, notices, and related records, in coordination with Compliance and Legal leadership.
• Support compliance investigations, cases, and issue management by organizing documentation, tracking status, following up on open items, and ensuring timely and appropriate closure.
• Assist with auditing and monitoring activities, including maintaining audit trackers, gathering and organizing supporting documentation, tracking remediation efforts, and supporting regulatory readiness initiatives (including HITRUST).
• Support litigation tracking and insurance-related matters, including maintaining claim and litigation trackers, organizing correspondence and documentation, coordinating with Legal and Risk as needed, and assisting with insurance renewals and reporting.

Product Designer

• The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective learning products and solutions that build teammate capability, drive performance, and support the delivery of excellent patient care
• Design and develop a best-in-class range of learning products and solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led programs, virtual training, team and cohort-based learning, job aids, toolkits, playbooks, infographics, and instructional videos
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to determine the most effective approach for each learning need
• Research, curate, and map learning content from internal and external sources to skill gaps and program objectives, selecting resources that are relevant, credible, appropriately sequenced, and aligned to organizational context and strategy

Data Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL‑based data pipelines, queries, and reports to support financial and operational analytics.
• Prepare and analyze financial, operational, and clinical datasets to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning.
• Build dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to help leaders interpret trends and KPIs.
