About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers
  • Focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management
  • Maximize provider-patient relationships
  • Work within a team of professionals passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system
  • Limited patient panel of 800-1000 patients allowing for extended appointment times
  • Drive patient engagement and create an atmosphere for high patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with at least two or more Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric
  • Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required
  • Active state license required
  • DEA preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
  • Philosophical alignment with our care model
  • Strong interest in creating a wonderful service experience for our patients
  • Preferred at least 4 years of leadership experience
  • Preferred experience in occupational health and work comp
