About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers
- Focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management
- Maximize provider-patient relationships
- Work within a team of professionals passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system
- Limited patient panel of 800-1000 patients allowing for extended appointment times
- Drive patient engagement and create an atmosphere for high patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with at least two or more Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric
- Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required
- Active state license required
- DEA preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Philosophical alignment with our care model
- Strong interest in creating a wonderful service experience for our patients
- Preferred at least 4 years of leadership experience
- Preferred experience in occupational health and work comp
