About the role
- Partner with globally distributed engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, Marketing, Finance)
- Define and execute end-to-end vision and strategy for navigation products
- Conduct analysis to inform product roadmap and prioritize product backlog
- Work with engineering teams and broader organization to explore and implement new use cases addressing customer pain points and unlocking revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product goals and delivery with business objectives
- Regularly engage customers via video, email, and in-person visits (10% travel) to gather needs and validate solutions
- Own pricing and packaging for product as a standalone SKU, including sales enablement, marketing, customer trials, and partnerships
- Serve as product expert and point of contact for internal and external questions, feedback, and requests
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Product Manager
- Experience seeing multiple products (API, SDK, or Data) through full lifecycle of discovery, development, launch, and adoption in the B2B space
- Customer focus with strong design and user experience sensitivity
- Strong data analytics skills and data-driven decision making
- Prioritization skills with clear tradeoff rationale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership: ability to develop and execute plans from high-level direction
- Ability to invent and simplify solutions
- Technical understanding: explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Go-to-market experience owning pricing and packaging strategy
- Willingness to engage customers regularly (video, email, in-person) — ~10% travel
- Nice-to-have: Experience working with AI/ML teams
- Nice-to-have: Passion for navigation domain
