About the role
- Operate CMM equipment to perform detailed dimensional inspections of precision-machined components
- Create and edit CMM programs using Metrolog X4 and Revo-2 (5-Axis Revo-2) operations
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T requirements
- Document and report inspection results accurately
- Support quality assurance processes for complex fabrication and manufacturing projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating CMM machines
- Experience with CMM programming (preferably Metrolog X4 and Revo-2)
- Proficient in using Metrolog X4 software
- Familiarity with 5-Axis Revo-2 operations
- Strong background in dimensional inspection of precision-machined components
- Solid understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and engineering drawings
- Ability to document and report inspection results accurately
- Nice to have: Experience in aerospace, defense, or satellite component inspection
