About the role
- Work closely with Sales to develop and design customized metal cutting solutions for Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Die & Mold segments
- Deliver optimized solutions tailored to specific customer requirements and production needs
- Provide primary market support for Italy, Czech Republic, and Germany
- Review product development requirements for feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities
- Lead development and design of new products when project scope requires
- Hand over finalized methods, processes, and equipment to production teams
- Use CAD systems to model new designs and produce engineering drawings and 3D models
- Define functional requirements, test and integrate components into final solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners and prepare technical documentation
- Maintain compliance with safety and industry design standards
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering (ideally focusing on cutting tools)
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar technical role
- Experience managing internal and external customer relationships
- Hands-on experience with modern CAD systems
- Knowledge of CAM or CAE tools (advantage)
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- Background in metalworking; knowledge of CNC programming and operation
- Project management principles
