About the role
- Serve as Partner & Chief Executive Officer leading day-to-day operations and strategic direction
- Own substantial equity and drive business growth from small to much larger enterprise
- Lead direct sales efforts and expand service lines to grow revenue
- Manage restoration services including mitigation, contents, and residential repair
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, P&L, and profitability initiatives
- Build and lead teams, ensure operational excellence and project delivery
- Utilize Mainshares Capital platform, advisors, and vendors for strategic support and mentorship
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), and industry standards
- Relocate to acquisition location as required (location to be disclosed in interview)
Requirements
- 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the restoration, remediation, or construction industry
- Deep hands-on experience with restoration operations including mitigation, contents, and residential repair
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, client relationship management, and expanding service lines
- Proven experience leading and motivating construction or restoration teams
- Significant small business management experience including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning
- Solid background in construction; General Contracting license preferred
- Strong understanding of regulations and safety protocols (OSHA) and industry best practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale a business from 10 to 100
- Authorized to work in the US (application requires work authorization)
