About the role
- Lead your branch — oversee account managers, shop managers, service coordinators, and mobile technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Hire, train, and motivate employees while upholding company culture of teamwork, safety, and customer-first service
- Manage profit and loss performance, prepare budgets, review operating reports, and build strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability
- Work closely with Safety Director to ensure OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, audits, training, and a strong safety culture
- Maintain open communication with customers, employees, and department leaders to ensure a seamless service experience
- Pursue business development opportunities to expand the branch’s impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful business management experience with full P&L responsibility in a branch or profit center
- Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills with a proven ability to build and develop teams
- Sales and business development experience (2+ years preferred)
- Customer service mindset with a track record of building loyal, long-term client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and reporting skills
- Knowledge of business accounting principles and budget preparation
